		<description>Very interesting.  I attended an after school program in elementary school, which provide time for creative play activities without the need to pay attention in a classroom.  It allowed my mom to come home from IBM and my dad to come home from the NY Medical College.  But teachers need a break.  They have enough to do as it is.
